Website terms.

About this draft

These proposed terms relate to browsing this website and sending enquiries. They are not final service terms and do not replace a separately agreed project contract.

Quote requests

Proposed approach: a request for a quote is not an order or a binding agreement. Scope, deliverables, fees, tax treatment, payment milestones, timetable and approval arrangements would be agreed in writing before work starts.

Project agreements

The company must approve its service terms, including revisions, cancellation, refunds, third-party fees, intellectual property rights and support obligations. No fixed deposit, cancellation period or refund promise is established by this draft.

Website content and intellectual property

Brand marks and third-party material may belong to their respective owners. Permission and ownership should be confirmed before content is reused. AI-generated portfolio concepts are illustrative and do not represent completed client work.

Appropriate use

Proposed approach: visitors should not misuse forms, submit unlawful content, interfere with the website or attempt unauthorised access. Do not send passwords, financial details or sensitive information through the enquiry forms.

External websites

Links to third-party services are provided for reference. Their content and terms are separate from Meshhoney’s website.

Rights and liability

Any final terms must preserve rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Liability provisions and governing-law clauses require legal review; this draft sets no liability cap or exclusion.
